To find out what is causing this problem follow the below instructions
To discover what is causing the computer to non shut downward properly need to run this. Become to start>command prompt (admin) and paste the below into it and hit enter
xbootmgr -trace shutdown -noPrepReboot -traceFlags BASE+CSWITCH+DRIVERS+POWER -resultPath C:\TEMP
When finished nada the file and uppload to skydrive or some other file sharing service

Im kind of confused with the instructions, you said "open a CMD prompt with authoritative rights (right click information technology>run as admin) and run this command for 60 secs to capture the loftier cpu usage:" what command was that? i mean i installed the WPT, opened the cmd, then what will i do side by side?
And is there a way to copy the text beneath and paste to cmd? cause ctrl + c and ctrl + v does not work, practice i need to type information technology manually? cheers

You tin can copy information technology and then to paste information technology into the command prompt just correct click in the command prompt and paste.

first of all thank you for the time you are giving me in solving my problem i really appreciate it
pardon me for asking lots of questions, really.
I take now done the above and it restarted. Where practise i find the file to uplooad?
do y'all know any file sharing sites where i tin easily upload it? forgive me as im new at this
lastly, and most importantly, im kinda worried that this file may reveal sensitive date from my computer. how tin I exist assured that this file may non leak such data?
